    We believe health should fit your lifestyle. That's why you can choose to order once or subscribe for weekly deliveries at a discouted rate. Once your order is placed, your meals will arrive the following week. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime – no commitments.

  • Can I choose my meals?

    Yes, once you've selected the base plan you can swap lunches & dinners, add breakfasts or snacks.

  • How much does it cost?

Easy Delivery

  • How does delivery work?

    It’s simple! Your meals arrive in a refrigerated box, fresh and ready to eat – no prep required.

    Deliveries are made on Tuesday or Wednesday 8AM–8PM, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your box ships.

  • Is there cooking involved?

    No cooking needed – meals arrive fully cooked and ready to heat.

    They're vacuum sealed for freshness and stay good in the fridge for at least 8 days after delivery.

    Reheat options: Microwave (2–3 min)

    Oven or stovetop if you prefer crispier results

  • How are the meals prepared?

    Every Muscle Meal is made from scratch in our kitchen using real ingredients, just like you'd prepare in your own home, but crafted by professional chefs at scale. We never use junk. All meals are:

    We deliver nationwide across the U.S.(except Alaska & Hawaii)
