Muscle Meals are made fresh weekly. All orders received Monday before Midnight EST will be shipped the following Monday.
All orders are shipped via FedEx and in transit one day. A FedEx tracking number will be emailed to you the moment your package leaves our facility. If you need to receive your order on a specific day, please tell us in the Comments section. (FedEx does not deliver our meals on Saturday, Sunday or Monday at this time.)

Our meals are cooked fresh each week with some of the best local produce on the market. The meals are cooked to order weekly and this is why we have cut off days for orders so our chefs can cook the meals fresh as required each week. Our meals are all cooked by baking, steaming and boiling methods to ensure they are low fat and retain their fresh taste.
The food is then instantly frozen to about -5 degrees C. This locks in the freshness and taste and ensures when reheated correctly the food tastes just like it has been made!
The Lite meals consist of 3 ounces of a protein, 3 ounces of a carbohydrates and 2 ounces vegetables
The Standard meals consist of 6 ounces of a protein, 6 ounces of a carbohydrates and 2 ounces vegetables. Standard meals can be upgraded to a 9oz Protein serving.
All meals can be customized based on your carb/veggie options such as:
*All Veggies = All carbohydrates are replaced with 3-6 oz veggies.
As with every eating plan or diet this will be an individual thing up to your personal requirements. Many people on our meals who lead an active lifestyle have found they have lost a considerable amount of body fat with our Lite meal options.
Others who have chosen our larger portion Standard meals, who engage in a heavy resistance weight training program, have seen lean body mass or muscle increase while at the same time losing bodyfat.
We recommend eating our meals within 2 months of purchasing them if you store them frozen.
Once dethawed we recommend eating them within 3-5 days.
We recommend that our meals are reheated once thawed and not reheated from being frozen if possible. This is not essential but Muscle Meals definitely taste the best when reheated this way.
- Take out your required Muscle Meals from the freezer for the following day and allow to defrost in fridge overnight. If eating from frozen use defrost cycle that your microwave recommends.
- Pull your Muscle Meal out of fridge, remove lid and place loosely over meal. Place container in microwave for approx. 1:30 – 2:00 minutes based on a 1000w microwave.
- Let meal sit for approx. 1 min. Remove from microwave, grab a fork and enjoy!
