I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT I WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR, AND ASSUME THE RISK OF ASSEMBLED FOOD AFTER BEING REMOVED FROM THE MUSCLE MEALS 2 GO PREMISES OR DROP OFF LOCATIONS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE FREEZING, REFRIGERATING AND COOKING OF THE FOOD.

FURTHER, I DO HEREBY AGREE WITHOUT EXCEPTION TO FULLY RELEASE MUSCLE MEALS 2 GO FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES, AS WELL AS INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS MUSCLE MEALS 2 GO, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND LICENSEES AND THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, MEMBERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND EMPLOYEES FROM ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES I SUSTAIN, OR THAT ANYONE AFFILIATED WITH OR CONNECTED WITH ME IN ANY WAY MAY SUSTAIN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CLAIMS OR DAMAGES RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM MY PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS/SERVICES; PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT; OR ENTRY TO A MUSCLE MEALS STORE. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO EACH AND EVERY PURCHASE, EVENT, SERVICE AND WHEN I AM ON THE PREMISES OF ANY MUSCLE MEALS 2 GO LOCATION.

Food Allergies

Ingredients may have been manufactured on shared equipment with wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. Please ask your local Muscle Meals 2 Go store for help with any food allergies.
