Muscle Meals are made fresh weekly. All orders received Monday before Midnight EST will be shipped the following Monday.

All orders are shipped via FedEx and in transit one to two days. A FedEx tracking number will be emailed to you the moment your package leaves our facility. If you need to receive your order on a specific day, please tell us in the Comments section. (FedEx does not deliver our meals on Saturday, Sunday or Monday at this time.)

If you are located in North Central Florida you can pick up your meals at the Muscle Meals Kitchen.

Nope. We offer a flexible plan with no contract. Order as often as you like.

Our meals are cooked fresh each week with some of the best local produce on the market.  The meals are cooked to order weekly and this is why we have cut off days for orders so our chefs can cook the meals fresh as required each week.  Our meals are all cooked by baking, steaming and boiling methods to ensure they are low fat and retain their fresh taste.

The food is then instantly frozen to about -5 degrees C.  This locks in the freshness and taste and ensures when reheated correctly the food tastes just like it has been made!

As with every eating plan or diet this will be an individual thing up to your personal requirements.  Many people on our meals who lead an active lifestyle have found they have lost a considerable amount of body fat with our Lite meal options.

Others who have chosen our larger portion Standard meals, who engage in a heavy resistance weight training program, have seen lean body mass or muscle increase while at the same time losing bodyfat.

We recommend eating our meals within 3 months of purchasing them if you store them frozen.

Once dethawed, with our new vacuum packaging we recommend eating them within 8-10 days.

We recommend that our meals are reheated once thawed and not reheated from being frozen if possible. This is not essential but Muscle Meals definitely taste the best when reheated this way.

1. Take out your required Muscle Meals from the freezer for the following day and allow to defrost in fridge overnight. If eating from frozen you will need to increase heating by an additional 1-2 minutes.
2. Pull your Muscle Meal out of fridge. Place container in microwave, NO need to break seal or vent. Heat for approx. 1:30 – 2:00 minutes based on your desired temperature and a 1000w  microwave .
3. Let meal sit for approx. 1 min. Remove from microwave and carefully peal off seal, grab a fork and enjoy!

Auto ship service allows you to receive regular shipments of your meals without having to place an order each time. You tell us which plan you want delivered and how often you want it. We’ll take care of the rest!

Here’s how it works:

• Select the meal plan the best suits your needs.
• Choose the delivery frequency that best suits your needs, either weekly or bi-weekly.
• Place your order as if it were a single purchase, we will convert your order with the credit card you submitted into a subscription billing plan. Your order will bill each time you are to receive a delivery.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your next order with no additional charges providing that you do so before the order deadline has passed. You may cancel by phone or by email, you must receive a confirmation number for cancellation to be complete. The order deadline for all meal plans is Monday 11:59pm EST. If the order deadline has passed before you cancel, your current order will be processed and you will receive that week’s menu. We will then automatically cancel your order for the following week with no additional charges or deliveries. Sorry, we cannot refund orders once they have been processed or shipped.

To resume your service, simply begin the order process again by either going to the website and placing a new order, or by picking up the phone and calling us to resume your auto ship service.
